Beachview Swim Club, a private membership club in Farmington Hills, Michigan, came to us with a website that had grown outdated and disconnected from the quality of the experience their members expected. The existing platform was monolithic and difficult to manage, a liability for a club that needed to communicate actively with its membership and attract new families.
We led a comprehensive digital transformation covering information architecture, UI design, UX, copywriting, and on-site photography. Working alongside a cross-functional team of ten to twelve stakeholders, including marketing, club administration, and membership staff, we migrated all existing content into a modern, high-end WordPress template.
Member portal links, documentation repositories, event calendars, and club information were all integrated into a single cohesive platform. We managed domain and hosting migration end-to-end.
The redesigned website launched on-time and was met with strong approval from the membership and board. The modernized digital presence contributed to a 10–15% increase in new memberships following launch. The site remains in active use today.
This engagement demonstrated the full breadth of what we do. Photography, copywriting, architecture, development, and hosting — all under one roof, all delivered on schedule. The referral network a project like this generates is one of the best measures of success.
