DTE Customer Document Submission

Project Overview

DTE Energy engaged us to design and build a customer-facing document submission portal, a digital tool that needed to meet the usability and reliability standards expected of a regulated utility serving millions of customers.

We integrated a JW Player video component, built the interface in ColdFusion, and delivered a fully responsive experience within DTE's established web environment, meeting all enterprise technical and compliance requirements.

Outcome

The portal launched on-time and on-budget, providing DTE Energy customers with a reliable, accessible channel for document submission. The project met all enterprise technical and compliance requirements.
