A major digital agency representing MiO and its parent company Kraft Foods brought us in to execute a full redesign of the MiO consumer website, built on a proprietary, client-configured installation of the Sitecore content management system. We onboarded the platform quickly, navigated its custom implementation, and delivered a fully responsive redesign that met the creative agency's specifications.
The project also required broad browser compatibility, including full support for Internet Explorer 8, a constraint we addressed without compromising the visual integrity of the final product.
We delivered the redesign on schedule, absorbing numerous client and agency change requests throughout the project lifecycle without compromising the launch timeline or the quality of the final product.
Learning an unfamiliar enterprise CMS configuration mid-project while managing a live creative agency relationship is a real test of adaptability. We passed it.
