Retail and Restaurant Site-Advisors LLC is a West Michigan commercial real estate firm specializing in multi-tenant retail, hotel, and specialty commercial property transactions. The firm's senior advisor, CCIM, brings over 30 years of market experience — a pedigree that demanded digital infrastructure to match.
The engagement began with a competitive analysis of the commercial real estate advisory space and a detailed creative brief to define messaging, positioning, and target audience. From that foundation we designed and developed the site-advisors.com landing page: a conversion-focused web presence built to generate qualified seller and buyer leads for the firm.
In parallel, we provisioned and fully hardened a dedicated Ubuntu 24 server with Apache, Fail2Ban, and a complete server security configuration. On that infrastructure we deployed EspoCRM for relationship and lead management, and n8n as a workflow automation engine.
We then built a full ETL pipeline to ingest existing client lead data, clean and normalize it, and import it into EspoCRM. Working from that lead foundation, we designed and wired an automated HTML email marketing system inside n8n: campaign-driven sequences that send professionally designed HTML emails to segmented lead groups based on campaign period and lead status.
Site-Advisors launched with a complete digital infrastructure: a polished public presence, a hardened dedicated server, a populated CRM with their full lead history, and an automated marketing engine capable of running campaigns without manual intervention. The engagement is ongoing, with the current landing page being expanded into a full corporate website presence for the firm.
